How did Aspire Leadership become superstars?

With their expertise and commitment to excellence, Liz and Bronia have led Aspire Leadership in such an impressive way, and we’ve been there to see their journey.

They have established themselves as true superstars in their field. Aspire Leadership is a highly regarded organisation that has been delivering exceptional bespoke leadership development and management training courses since 2010. And we’ve been working with them since 2012!

Here are some of the reasons we call them superstars ourselves.

Their initial responsive website

We created their website for them back in 2012, and it was one of the first responsive websites we ever did. A real team effort. And boy did it stand the test of time! The design has been so popular with Liz, Bronia, and the Aspire Leadership team, that we have been only asked to do minor visual changes. We’ve carried out quite a bit of maintenance work, including updating team members, helping with the blog, creating new section banners, adding more pages, and keeping the technology secure and safe.

The biggest change we made was when we suggested we change the site to be more “full-width” in line with the new browser and website trends that have developed over the years. Read on for more about this!

Modernisation project

In 2021 we offered them one of our new services, a redesign of their homepage with a more modern up to date screen resolution and several other updates, which meant:

• A new homepage
• New navigation
• Updated footer
• Certain styling changes throughout the website.

SEO investment that’s been paying off for years

Over the years, Aspire Leadership has worked closely with Tom Andrews our partner. They started small, spending a conservative ad budget and measuring results. The investment has increased 10-fold. This is an indication in itself on their growth and success. Nowadays they get a significant amount of enquiries from the website per month – to match their capacity.

Blog

The team at Aspire Leadership is pretty good at keeping their blog up to date. A cool marketing strategy they have is sharing on their Instagram stories whenever they have a new post, which we should do more of here at TLD.

Remarketing ads:

We’ve helped Aspire with Remarketing Ads for special offers. The way it works is that we target users who have previously visited the Aspire Leadership website and show them ads related to the special offers, reminding them of the benefits and encouraging them to take advantage of the promotions.

We created different ad sizes for different placements, such as desktop websites, mobile apps, or social media platforms. These ads can be seen by targeted users while they browse other websites, use mobile apps, or scroll through social media feeds.

FAQs

Since we launched the first version of their site we’d done many new things on other sites for other clients, and when we showed these elements, they chose what they’d like added to their own website. Included in this is the expandable tabs FAQs section which is a neat way to display the common questions they get asked. It’s built using special advanced fields in WordPress, making it easy for the Aspire Leadership team to add more questions.

B Corp

When Aspire Leadership joined as a B Corp we created a new page to show this. We also added this to the footer on their site.

To become a B Corp company, organisations must meet rigorous standards of social and environmental performance, accountability, and transparency. B Corp certification is a testament to a company’s commitment to using business as a force for good. It requires companies to undergo a comprehensive assessment of their impact on various stakeholders. These would include their employees, customers, communities, and the environment.
