Running a business is a juggling act.
At a recent Dublin based EO event we explored the 4 different “business decisions” – People, Cash, Execution and Strategy, according to Verne Harnish’s books Scaling Up and Mastering the Rockefeller Habits.

I am not by nature a shy person, which I am very grateful for. I am happy meeting new people, I do lots of public speaking, and I am fine with chatting on the phone following up “warm leads” and

A lot of people are surprised that I watched Love Island. I was shown the show by my friend and client Matthew, and after one episode (somewhere in the middle of the series) I decided to “graft” and went onto ITV Hub to do some serious catchup. Make a page for your event
This is the landing page that can describe the event and allows people to sign up. I like Eventbrite, though it takes a commission it’s really easy to use and people can book themselves in. You don’t have to manage a spreadsheet of attendees, it takes care of payment online, and it sends reminders a day before the event to those who have signed up. It also lets you modify the URL of the event so you can use this when sharing the event on social media, in emails, and in your email signature.
