Family ski holiday specialist experiences 16 per cent spike in turnover the year of Top Left Design website redesign
DATE: Top Left Design, an award-winning London-based design and marketing agency, is providing Snowbizz, a family ski holiday specialist, with marketing consultancy and website design that has increased online engagement and stimulated business growth.

Operating tours, ski schools and childcare in the Puy St. Vincent resort in France, Snowbizz has successfully specialised in family-friendly ski holidays for 30 years. It was in 2013 that its founder, Wendy Lyotier, first sought to amplify the organic growth previously experienced, by seeking the marketing and content advice of Top Left Design.
Wendy explains: “Business was continuing to grow, but with the ban on holidays outside of term time, and the shift in customer preference to booking online rather than via telephone, there were a number of potential challenges on the horizon that we wanted to have the strategy in place to counteract.

“The team at Top Left Design were fundamental in turning this into a reality. We began by working with them on our blog, newsletter and social media content creation; this was of immediate benefit as it teased out our core values and unique selling points to the fore of all our messaging. A year later, we launched a completely new website designed by Top Left Design, which has doubled the number of hits we receive, and increased turnover by 16 per cent in its first year live.”
