To be efficient, we at TLD combine the natural "in-person" experience with systems and processes "out of the box" so we are both human and organised!⁠ ⁠ Take for example when we get a new client - YAY! ⁠ ⁠ 👉 We need to get certain information from the clients, to get them into our system!⁠ ⁠ 👉 Keren tells the team, and we celebrate (Slack is the means of communication here, celebration can include cheers/coffee/emojis, wine/champagne or we save it for our next team get-together)⁠ ⁠ 👉 We assign a project manager and a designer for the project - and introduce the client to that person if they don't already know them⁠ ⁠ 👉 We customise our briefing questionnaire so as a new client you don't have to answer the same questions you already answered in our meeting, how boring is that! While in Cannes this past week for the film festival, Keren wasn’t just “swanning around”. Valuable networking was done!Some highlights:Attending the Power Women Summit breakfast (attended by total approx 70 women, mostly in film) to discuss topics like diversity, inclusion, bias, speaking up and making change.Spending time with @tolilikaki who is an inspiration - she has been responsible for the Greek tax incentive for film - meaning so far 3 Millennium projects (Keren’s family’s film company) have wrapped filming in Thessaloniki, Greece in the last 6 months and many more are planned for this year.Catching up with Susan Simnett, film maker, and bonding after a 3 years hiatus.
