In our “getting to know potential clients” pha

In our “getting to know potential clients” phase we write a lot of audits and snagging lists. We do Looms and calls pointing out how things can be improved.⁠
⁠
These identify exactly where on people’s existing designs things don't line up, where the layouts are inconsistent, where typography is mixed up, where gaps are too far or too close, and where images that have been chosen are too cheesy.⁠
⁠
This quote plainly shows if we just worked on a new design, we'd be able to show them the difference visually.⁠
⁠
However, this requires proper client engagement.⁠
⁠
We need a deeper briefing experience before we bring in the talent and skills of my designers Tam and Amy, who have more than a dozen years of experience (each) creating beautiful bespoke designs for websites and digital marketing.⁠

And designs alone aren't enough - we also have our amazing coders translating their designs to what web browsers understand, sticking to the signed-off designs, with high-level, pixel-perfect responsive code.⁠
