👉 "Underpromise and overdeliver" 👈 Th 👉 "Underpromise and overdeliver" 👈 That's the ethos our team has stuck to for years. It's kept us safe and ensured we feel like we've done all we can for our clients. But, slowly slowly, and sometimes painfully, we've come to understand that it can cost us. A lot. Time, stress, money, all of it. So we decided to put down our thoughts and lessons learned. We started with a definition: 👉 Overdelivering 👈 is the act of providing more value to a client than they were expecting or than what was agreed upon. This can include offering additional services, providing a higher quality of work, or completing the project faster than anticipated. There are pros and cons, listed below. ## 👍 Pros: - Builds trust and loyalty with clients 🤝 - Can lead to referrals and repeat business 📈 - Helps to establish a positive reputation in the industry 📢 - Differentiates your business from competitors 🎯 ## 👎 Cons: - Can lead to scope creep and take away from profitability 💸 - May set unrealistic expectations for future projects 🤔 - May lead to burnout and decreased quality of work 😫 It's important to balance the benefits of overdelivering with the potential drawbacks. One way to mitigate the risks is to communicate clearly with clients about the scope of the project and what is included in the agreed-upon deliverables. Set boundaries and manage expectations with the client to ensure that both parties are on the same page. Sound pretty simple? Yeah, you’d think! We still think, when used "right", overdelivering can be a valuable strategy for building strong relationships with clients and establishing a positive reputation in the industry 🎉. However, it's important to do so in a way that is sustainable and profitable for our business 💼. 👉 #overdelivering #websitedesign #clientsatisfaction #scopecreep #communication #projectmanagement
Koalas are known for their low-energy lifestyle, s Koalas are known for their low-energy lifestyle, sleeping for up to 22 hours a day and only eating eucalyptus leaves, which are low in nutrients but abundant in their natural habitat. Hmm, if you only had 2 hours of awake time, what would you do with it? Still, we can’t just assume they were wasting time! In fact, below are 11 things businesses can learn from koalas: 📝 Develop a consistent routine to improve efficiency and productivity. 🤝 Use your strengths to your advantage and delegate tasks that are not your forte. 🎯 Stay focused on your goals and avoid getting sidetracked by distractions. 🤖 Embrace a low-energy lifestyle by automating repetitive tasks and using tools that save time and effort. 🧘‍♀️ Take breaks and rest when necessary to avoid burnout and maintain productivity. 🌟 Prioritize your most important tasks and tackle them first. 📈 Adapt to changing circumstances and be willing to try new approaches when old ones are no longer effective. 🌿 Surround yourself with a supportive community that can help you stay on track and provide guidance when needed. 🌴 Take time to recharge and rejuvenate, whether that means taking breaks throughout the day or taking a longer vacation to reset your energy. 🌏 Embrace diversity and seek out new opportunities in different markets. 📊 Monitor your inventory levels to avoid running out of critical resources. (Image generated with Canva's text to Image feature, after many were rejected, we chose this one) #koalatips #efficiency #productivity #automation #rest #prioritize #adaptability #support #recharge #diversity #inventory #digitalart #canva #texttoimage #aigeneratedimages

🐄🐄 "You have 2 cows" is an explanatio 🐄🐄 "You have 2 cows" is an explanation of economics & politics which some say is "better than any lesson at school." Can this model also help people understand and choose which type of website is best for them? If you're ready for a brand-new website, you're at a crossroads and then, imagine it wasn't just you. Imagine you had two cows. Now you’re thinking not only about yourself. You have cows to be responsible for! What kind of website would you build for them? What type?
