Elfsight Reviews

A post about Elfsight

The Elfsight All-in-One Reviews widget is right up there with Yoast SEO as our favourite widget.

It’s easy to use and doesn’t require any coding knowledge. It allows you to feed reviews from Google, Facebook, Amazon and other platforms on your website. We even use it on our own website!

We’re always telling people that getting reviews is important. And once you’ve got these reviews, you need to show them off – on your social media posts, on case study pages, and on your website.

Elfsight All in One Reviews Widget has one main purpose – to to display customer testimonials from various platforms. We choose Elfsight for its user-friendly interface, the diversity of supported review sites, and the positive impact it has on our client’s trust and sales.

We love that it fits nicely into our custom-designed websites without looking stuck on or like an afterthought.

It’s particularly beneficial for service-oriented companies like many of our clients where customer feedback is pivotal for trust and credibility.

What do you need before you install it?

Before installing the Elfsight widget, ensure you have:

  • Active accounts on review platforms (Google, Facebook, etc.)
  • Access to your website’s backend to embed the widget
  • A clear idea of where on your website you want the reviews to be displayed

How does it look?

The Elfsight widget offers a sleek, responsive design that integrates seamlessly with your website. It provides various layout options, including sliders, grids, and badges, to match your site’s style.

Below I have put screenshots showing how it comes up when used on real websites.

On the Aspire Leadership website

On this website, the link to view reviews is in the footer, and it puts in a side panel overlaying the website on the left side.

Even on the TLD website

We’ve got a dedicated page that feeds through our Google reviews. You can see it here:

Mills & McKinney Hearing Practice

On the Mills & McKinney website, which we made using Wix but with a custom design, the reviews are fed through onto the homepage.

Why is it the leader in the market? Or is it?

Elfsight is considered a leader due to its ease of use, the breadth of review platforms it supports, and its customisation options. However, it faces competition from other widgets. Alternatives like Trustpilot or Yotpo also provide robust review management systems. These platforms may offer additional features like review analytics or more advanced customisation.

Why do we use this tool?

We choose Elfsight for its user-friendly interface, the diversity of supported review sites, and the positive impact it has on our client’s trust and sales.

With Elfsight, your positive reviews don’t just sit idle; they work for you. By showcasing genuine customer feedback across multiple platforms, businesses can foster a sense of trust that resonates with potential clients. You can strategically place reviews where they’ll have the most impact, and let the voice of your customers amplify your credibility and drive conversions.
