Seminars run by Top Left Design in September on social media, blogging and online marketing
As any diligent person will tell you, paying attention to detail can reap unexpected benefits. Attention to detail is VERY IMPORTANT!!
Many of our contacts have become masters at "reading to the bottom of the email" for our newsletters and have therefore received free advice, eBooks, Twitter background designs, favicons, and attendance at our seminars. So that's a little hint for anyone who HASN'T noticed!

On Friday the 23rd September we have our next seminar "Social Media - Can You Afford to Ignore It?"
I am going to be speaking with Tamsin Fox Davies (fantastic speaker, small business marketing mentor, and author of this book - The Essential Marketing Habit). Tamsin and I ran a similar course together in May and it was a great success. Since then we have been getting calls from people asking us when our next seminar is - and the answer is - Friday 23rd September!
A previous seminar attendee - Yemi Osunkoya, of Kosibah Bridal and Evening Wear Couture, attended our seminar about Twitter (follow him on Twitter here - he is lovely) and has reported the following results:
Since attending your Twitter seminar, I have diligently followed your advice and built relationships with wedding planners and photographers and organically grown my followers. I have identified these two professions as the ones that have potential of getting me repeated business.
My recent anniversary event was mostly filled with people I had developed relationships with on Twitter - and I've since had 6 blog posts about the event - mostly from photographers who have stunning images - and the wedding planners would have seen my collection first hand and feel more comfortable recommending. I even got an opera singer from Wales I met on Twitter sing live as my ballet inspired bridal collection was shown.

On Thursday the 29th September I will be speaking with social media specialist Alicia Cowan on - Social Media for Professional Services - how law firms, accountants, and financial advisors can use social media marketing tools to help their businesses. We will be covering the behaviours that they should adopt and those they should drop!

Learning
We will be providing a full day packed with useful tips, advice, links and guides. The courses are CPD certified and we have a really straightforward style of training which is both informal and informative. Many people have commented on how the training they receive from us has lifted the wool from their eyes, so to speak. We will be including updated information on YouTube Marketing, Email Marketing and the updated ins and outs of Twitter, LinkedIn, Blogging and Facebook Marketing.
We also provide handouts, notes and slides to all attendees. We always overdeliver - ask those in the know.
