Keeping it current
After your site is created or re-created, it's important to keep changing and updating the content so users are encouraged to revisit your site. For example, if you're offering a new service or special offer, it should be added to your site. If you have changed your prices or your address, these should be changed on the website. All these changes fall under the category of maintenance. If the information on your website is obviously not up to date, potential customers could lose respect for your company.
A maintenance contract can be set up where you pay a monthly fee based on an agreed amount of time we decide needs to be spent on maintaining your site each month. For small businesses this usually amounts to no more than one
day per month, but it ensures your website's information is
always current - which is so important!
