Introduction to Aromatherapy workshop - Using your Common Scents - Do you love the idea of using natural essential oils for health and wellbeing, but aren't sure where to start? Are you already using oils but would like to learn a bit more about combining them creatively and safely?

Join the experts at Savana urban spa for a fun and interactive workshop covering the properties and uses of 5 commonly used oils, and how to use them at home - in the bath, in creams and lotions and even in the kitchen.

You will also learn which oils can help improve common conditions such as sluggish circulation, insomnia, skin sensitivities and muscular aches and pains.

Plus to take home: your own custom-blend of massage / bath oil.

Massage workshop for couples - Learn skills that can be used on your whole family to relax ease stress, aid sleep and gain trust. Each workshop teaches head, neck, shoulders, feet and hand massage, for which you are clothed. We also teach you how to give a relaxing back massage with oil; in private rooms so modesty is respected at all times.

Meditation for relaxation & focus - If you want to explore new ways to relax your body, focus your mind and just generally be more at peace with yourself, then our latest Sunday morning guided meditation classes are for you. By the end of our 3-week course, you will:

• Have had a practical introduction to different styles of meditation
• Learned breathing techniques for mental & physical relaxation
• Have the skills to incorporate meditative techniques into your everyday life

Each class will also involve light stretching and breathing techniques to prepare you for the actual mediation.

June 11th, 18th & 25th, 8.30-9.30am. The 3-week course costs £50 and is open to all ages and fitness levels.

Baby massage - Bring your baby and learn how baby massage can benefit your whole family, which oils to use and be guided through various easy to learn movements - relaxing for both you and your baby. Baby massage can help strengthen the bond between babies and their caregivers and bring relief from common ailments such as colic.
