We are lucky to have such wonderful clients, and one who is no exception is Claire Kidd. She lives in Singapore and is a copywriter, originally from the UK. We met her through Gina Romero (see another blog we wrote about Gina here).

How did you find us?

As soon as I met Gina (Gina Romero) in Singapore and we started working on launching Athena here she was always raving about TLD’s work. She showed me a few examples and they were all so unique and perfectly captured each business or person. I was hooked! I have since worked with TLD and their designers on some of my own client projects and each time I have received top service and great results.

Why did you choose us?

I knew that I wanted a really awesome looking website, which showed my personality, a creative edge and easy to access navigation – I knew that TLD would deliver on all these areas (and more) so it was a very easy decision to make to engage them for my own website.

What did you enjoy most about working with Top Left Design?

As Steve Jobs once said ‘it just works’. That’s how TLD is for me. They just get it. They prepare you well for what you need to think about when designing your website – what you like and dislike, what colours and words you feel represent you etc- and then they deliver. Working remotely also means I rely on TLD to communicate through Skype and emails mostly – this is never an issue and each step along the process I knew where my site was at and what was happening. It’s a pain free process!

Was there anything which surprised you when working with us which made us stand out?

Apart from the flexibility to work remotely, I loved that technical details of my site design were explained to me in layman’s terms which I could easily understand so I felt I could make the right choice for everything. Also, when I asked for feedback on my logo I didn’t just get a quick email, I got a poll completed by the whole office – that was really going the extra mile!

It was and still is wonderful working with Claire, she is excellent at what she does and we are really proud to call her a client! Looking forward to any more projects Claire!
